Design Planning

In addition to our original equipment manufacturing (“OEM”) service, we take on planning and coordination specializing in designing and brand production.

With design production becoming more diversified and expedited today, we are happy to step in at any stage, from the proposal of brand concepts to product designs, and to help realize your ideas.

OEM / Novelty

Banya’s OEM products are created by factories that employ the latest technology and boast a breadth of experience, along with a design team with rich skills in accessory design. We strive daily to produce products that users will cherish for a long time.

As for novelty production, we take on planning, design, and delivery of unique promotional products with which we are confident our clients will be pleased. We handle customizing and material change of pre-existing products, in addition to the production of original designs, upgrading products, and packaging.

    Inquiries

    Please use the inquiry form below to let us know the design that you have in mind, quantity, budget, and schedule.
    The more details you can provide us, the more accurate our estimates will be.

  • Step 02
    Design / Sample Production

    Upon hearing your ideas, the designer will suggest suitable materials for your product. From there, we will go to the drawing board to produce designs. Once the specifics are fixed, we will make product samples. Please inquire freely regarding material and specs.

  • Step 03
    Production

    After you review the samples, the production will begin in close coordination with the local staff in China to ensure the quality of the product.

  • Step 04
    Product Inspection and Delivery

    At Banya, inspection takes place a total of three times—twice at the factory and once by the local team. If desired, another inspection can take place in Japan upon the arrival of the products. Once the inspection is complete, delivery will be made to the specified city or country.
